While Our content is designed to help You maintain a consistent online presence and engage with Your customers, the effectiveness of Your marketing efforts depends on various factors including Your implementation, local market conditions, and business practices. CraftIQ makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, customer acquisition, or revenue generation resulting from the use of Our services.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and branding materials
- Ensuring all content posted complies with local laws and regulations
- Reviewing and customizing content before posting
- Maintaining the security of Your account credentials
- Ensuring Your use of Our content complies with each social media platform's terms of service

4. Content Usage and Licensing
All content provided through CraftIQ remains the intellectual property of CraftIQ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for promoting Your pest service business while You maintain an active subscription. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Our content
- Use Our content to promote businesses outside the pest service industry

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel Your subscription at any time, and Your service will continue until the end of Your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused content.
